Dr. Edd Minchin and Dr. Gabriel Castelblanco from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management have received a $337k research award from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to strengthen the resilience of construction supply chains, particularly in response to disruptions caused by crises. The research aims to provide actionable recommendations to improve continuity and adaptability in public infrastructure projects across Florida.
