Participants refine their management and leadership skills while challenging their current thinking by engaging with industry leaders. The construction industry constantly challenges leadership demands across a spectrum of deliverables. Members of this cohort will discover who they are as leaders and be able to identify leadership approaches in others. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on negotiation skills, emotional intelligence and leadership, financial and bonding keys, and marketing and business development strategies.

* Program fee includes hotel stay at Gainesville Hilton starting Sunday, September 13, and most meals through Friday,  September 18, mid-day

Ideal Candidate

Experienced project managers, superintendents, and pre-construction professionals who desire to expand their negotiation and leadership styles and enhance their marketing and business development awareness. 

Leaders with minimum 4 to 15 years of professional full-time continuous construction experience.
