DCP student Brady Nettina was awarded the 2017 University of Florida Presidential Service Award at a ceremony on April 10. The award was presented to Nettina by UF President Kent Fuchs. Nettina was recognized by the university for completing 200 or more hours of community service between March 1, 2016 and March 1, 2017. Nettina

On March 30, the Department of Urban and Regional Planning held their awards ceremony at Leonardo’s 706. The attendees also were joined by virtual participants, as the awards ceremony was streamed online. This allowed online students to attend the ceremony, reinforcing that, while not physically here, they are still part of the DCP family.  By

The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) is celebrating the organization’s 60th anniversary, and to celebrate, has announced the finalists of the AIAS Imagine: Top 60-at-60. This honor showcases the top 60 AIAS members and DCP’s Theresa Battle was named one of the recipients. As a winner, Battle and 59 other recipients enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime
