Master of Architecture

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master of Architecture Degree comprises three tracks:

Track One (Advanced Program) is a 52-credit degree for students who’ve completed a pre-professional degree like our Bachelor of Design. It is typically completed in two academic years.

Track Two (Second Professional Degree) is a 30-credit degree for students who’ve completed an accredited professional degree. It is typically completed in one academic year.

Track Three (Core Program) is a 100-credit degree for students whose undergraduate degree is in a field other than architecture. It is typically completed in four academic years.

CITYLAB-ORLANDO

CityLab-Orlando is a self-funded education program that leads to a professional degree accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). The degree is delivered in a blended delivery (online and face to face) format, utilizing hyflex technology.

JAXLAB

The low residency program at JaxLab CityLab-Jacksonville is a self-funded distance education program that leads to a professional degree accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). The degree is delivered in a limited residency, blended delivery (online and face to face) format, utilizing hyflex technology. Forty-five percent of the program is delivered face-to-face. Face-to-face sessions occur in 2, 3, or 4-day “intensives” (depending on what stage a student is in the program) and are offered at the JaxLab studio, with online class meetings each week when not meeting face to face.
