The College of Design, Construction and Planning welcomed its newest members at the New Student Showcase. The incoming freshmen class, #UF23, were treated to tours of the college and ended their day with an ice cream social.
They learned about our undergraduate majors in architecture, construction management, interior design, landscape architecture and sustainability and the built environment.
First off was an introduction to the college by Dean Chimay Anumba. He welcomed them as the newest members of the DCP family and invited them to tour the facilities.
After the tours were finished, the students were welcomed back to the architecture atrium for time to talk with our faculty and, of course, ice cream.
Welcome #UF23. We can’t wait to see all the great things you will accomplish as part of our college.
