DCP student Brady Nettina was awarded the 2017 University of Florida Presidential Service Award at a ceremony on April 10. The award was presented to Nettina by UF President Kent Fuchs.
Nettina was recognized by the university for completing 200 or more hours of community service between March 1, 2016 and March 1, 2017.
Nettina completed 412 hours of service and that equates to $9,102.00 of value added to the community.
The Presidential Service Award recognizes undergraduate and graduate students who dedicate themselves to promoting social justice, community awareness and civic engagement on campus and in the community.
