The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) is celebrating the organization’s 60th anniversary, and to celebrate, has announced the finalists of the AIAS Imagine: Top 60-at-60.
This honor showcases the top 60 AIAS members and DCP’s Theresa Battle was named one of the recipients. As a winner, Battle and 59 other recipients enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime experience with the Walt Disney Imagineers on May 19-21 in Orlando.
Students and alumni from across the world were selected to participate in this event. Winners were determined by a team of seven jurors, including members of the Walt Disney Imagineering team.
The program seeks to identify the top AIAS students in all years of architecture school, including fifth year, graduate students and alumni members.
Battle got to learn about Walt Disney Imagineering, the creative force that imagines, designs and builds all Disney theme parks, resorts, attractions and cruise ships worldwide.
