General Contractor: Healthcare & Commercial Construction
The Assistant Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site operations. Working closely with the Lead Superintendent, they will identify and address high-risk areas to ensure worker safety. They will coordinate with subcontractors to uphold on-site quality and safety standards. The Assistant Superintendent will also support the Superintendent and Project Manager in keeping the project on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations to ensure project progress
- Collaborate with subcontractors to assess existing conditions
- Identify, report, and generate RFIs for potential conflicts
- Maintain ICRA, ISLM, Safety Requirements
- Notify and coordinate with facilities for areas of work and shutdowns
Qualifications:
- Strong construction management and communications skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
