The Assistant Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site operations. Working closely with the Lead Superintendent, they will identify and address high-risk areas to ensure worker safety. They will coordinate with subcontractors to uphold on-site quality and safety standards. The Assistant Superintendent will also support the Superintendent and Project Manager in keeping the project on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily field operations to ensure project progress
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to assess existing conditions
  • Identify, report, and generate RFIs for potential conflicts
  • Maintain ICRA, ISLM, Safety Requirements
  • Notify and coordinate with facilities for areas of work and shutdowns

Qualifications:

  • Strong construction management and communications skills
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
