Talica Design Build, located in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a full-time employee of Home Building Design Manager. At Talica, we are thrilled to announce our tremendous growth in 2025 and have secured multiple high-level customs homes and private club house builds in the highly desired St. Petersburg area.
With a strong attention to detail and time management our Design Manager will assist in the design and execution of our prestigious projects from conception to completion. Talica wants to expand our self-motivated, highly organized, critical thinking and creative team. We hope you are the one.
Duties
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in-office and in-field schedule
- Coordinate with project manager on design finish aspects
- Develop renderings and elevation layouts
- Develop Talica’s design selections catalog within company software
- Process with customer all levels of design for home (hard finishes, fixtures, tile, paint colors, etc)
- Create Mood Boards for presentation to customers
- Coordinate with all vendors and suppliers regarding ordering and delivery timelines
Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour; 40 hour work week
Education Requirements/Experience: Bachelor Degree required, two (2) year experience preferred, but not mandatory.
