Job description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for oversite of multiple construction projects and will lead a team of superintendents and assistant project managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated project schedule
  • Buyout of Subcontract agreements
  • Manage and update the project budget
  • Provide project status reports
  • Manage and oversee procurement of material and equipment
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team membersĀ 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, or equivalent Project Management Software
