Dreamstar Custom Homes is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team! This key role supports both our Client Design Coordinator and Purchasing Manager, helping to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for our clients and team members.

Our front office is the hub of activity, and we’re looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly while supporting essential departments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the Client Design Coordinator and Purchasing Manager, and other Executives as needed.
– Manage phone calls, emails, mail, and office correspondence
– Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing project and vendor files
– Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
– Help track orders, deliveries, and materials as needed
– Support design coordination tasks such as organizing samples and client presentations
Ideal Candidate:
– Strong interest in the construction field and furthering career
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
– Willingness to learn and train in construction software (Co-Construct)
