The Project Manager position oversees each facet of multiple construction projects from the office to ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of each project.  Works closely with site superintendents, outside vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, architects, the SVP of Construction and Development, as well as other stakeholders to ensure expected quality, budget, site safety and timelines are met.  Maintains project budgets and timelines. Working hours may vary, but customary schedule is Monday – Friday between 8:30 am-5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The nature of duties requires some early morning, late night and weekend hours. Must have a high degree of reliability, ability to work independently, and inspire trust and work well with others without conflict.  Some work from home may be available with manager approval. Must be able to travel by plane and car as needed but no more often than 5 days per month.  

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university required
3-7 years’ experience as a multifamily construction project or assistant project manager
