Gator Design and Construction (GDC) Open House

University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction & Planning invites you to attend the Gator Design and Construction Open House:

Saturday, March 29th, 2025

Part 1: 8:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. at Santa Fe College
Part 2: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at University of Florida

We hope you will join us to learn more about Gator Design and Construction @ Santa Fe. The Open House will showcase the facilities available at UF’s College of Design, Construction & Planning. The event will begin at Santa Fe College and will include information sessions and tours of Santa Fe College. The second portion of the event will include an information session with UF advisors and student panel with current GDC students followed by a tour presented by each program. UF DCP Student Ambassadors will also be available to provide a student perspective on the DCP experience.

1:30 p.m.	Check-in for DCP New Student Showcase, Antevy Hall Atrium
2:00 p.m.	Welcome and introductions, Antevy Hall Atrium
2:10 p.m.	Guided tours of degree programs and DCP facilities
4:40 p.m.	Ice cream social with current DCP students, Antevy Hall Atrium
5:00 p.m.	Closing remarks

We recommend you park in the garage located at the corner of Museum Road and Newell Drive. From there, it’s a short walk (5 minutes) north along Newell Drive and then east along Inner Road to the Architecture Building. Handicapped parking is available in a lot accessible from Inner Road just east of the Architecture Building and south of Fine Arts C. In addition, there is limited parking available on Inner Road.
