Landscape Designer | Entry Level

Moon Meeks & Associates, inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Landscape Designer to join our firm located in Columbus, Georgia. Established in 1946, we are a leading multi-disciplinary firm offering land-surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and environmental consulting. As a landscape designer, you would work in a collaborative environment, helping to ensure we deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, design, and develop civil engineering and landscape architecture projects
• Design and develop in-depth planting plans that align with city ordinances
• Render conceptual designs
• Coordinate and guide clients throughout the project phases
• Work under the supervision of licensed civil engineers and landscape architects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• Proficiency in CAD, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe inDesign, and LandF/X
• Demonstrated ability in graphics and communications, (hand-graphics and digital)
• Desire to learn site-specific design, particularly with grading and planting plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team-based setting
