BIO

Devan has a strong professional and academic background in planning bringing 14+ years of combined experience in both the public and private sectors. These opportunities have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to serve his current and future clients. Devan applies a creative, non-traditional, solution driven approach to each of his projects. He graduated with a double B.S. degree in Sociology and Social Science in 2006 from The Florida State University. In 2009 he completed a Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning at the University of Central Florida, and in 2010 his Masters of Science in Planning, as well as his Graduate Certificate in Urban Design from The Florida State University.
