Seong-Im Moon Presents Research at IDEC 2025 Annual Conference
Our master’s student, Seong-Im Moon, presented her research, “Time Flies: Environmental Factors Impacting Time Perception Using Virtual Reality” at the 2025 IDEC Conference in Chicago. Her study examined how environmental factors such as pigmentation temperature, visual movement, and auditory stimuli influence emotional states and ultimately impact time perception. Her findings contribute significantly to our understanding of how multisensory environmental cues may influence emotional responses and perceived time, and they help inform the design of interior environments that support user experience.
