Karl Soderholm, PLA, AICP, is Vice President and Shareholder at England-Thims & Miller, Inc. (ETM), where he leads the design and planning of transformative public spaces and community environments across the Southeast.
With over 25 years of experience, Karl’s work spans parks and recreation, multi-use trails, transit-oriented development, and master-planned communities. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Jacksonville National Cemetery, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Stadium of the Future, and Master-Planned Communities such as Wildlight and Nocatee.
A licensed landscape architect in Florida and Georgia, Karl is also a certified planner (AICP), ISA Certified Arborist, and LEED Accredited Professional. His approach integrates creativity, technical precision, and sustainability—delivering spaces that connect people to place.
