Diana Ferguson

Diana Ferguson is a shareholder with Rutledge Ecenia and has over 25 years of legal experience in Texas and Florida and over 20 years of legislative experience in Florida. She joined Rutledge Ecenia in 2011 as an attorney and registered lobbyist. Prior to joining the firm, Diana practiced environmental regulatory law in Texas and Florida and provided legislative counsel to the Florida Association of Counties (FAC).

Diana currently uses her extensive advocacy experience in representing her clients’ wide-ranging policy needs, with a particular focus on environmental law and animal law, as well as business and professional regulations. Diana has been recognized as a Florida Trend Legal Elite Up & Comer, and in 2023 she was awarded an honorary membership in the American Society of Landscape Architects, which is an honor granted to individuals who are not landscape architects but whose achievements are of national or international significance or influence.
