Laurie Hall, ASLA, PLA, ISA

Laurie Hall, ASLA, PLA, serves as a Vice President and Landscape Architect with NV5. A graduate of the University of Florida, she brings nearly two decades of experience leading a variety of campus, community planning, parks, and multifamily projects. Known for her collaborative approach, Laurie combines expertise in master planning, site design, and public engagement to create functional, inclusive, and beautiful spaces.

A dedicated advocate for the profession, she has held multiple leadership roles within ASLA, including serving as President of the Florida Chapter.  Laurie holds countless cherished memories from her time as a student at the University of Florida, making it impossible to choose just one. The education she received and the lifelong relationships she built through the Gator Nation have been invaluable throughout her career. She loved her experience at UF so much that she chose to make Gainesville her permanent home and has embraced every opportunity to give back to the University.

Throughout her professional career, Laurie has worked extensively on UF’s campus and has been a member of the design teams behind many transformative projects. She is passionate about her work and deeply grateful for the opportunities living in Gainesville has provided, including the chance to volunteer with the College of Design, Construction and Planning to support and mentor future generations of Gators.
