Some things to keep in mind:

• Please note that due to presentation space and time slots limitations, we are only allowing one final paper submission per prepaid full registrant. In addition, papers without at least one prepaid full registrant will not be published.
• As you are preparing your paper submission, please keep in mind that authors of selected papers may be invited to submit their paper as a journal article for consideration and possible publication in a special collection of the ASCE Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering.
• In addition, given a critical mass of research papers in specific topic areas, authors may be invited to submit chapters for consideration and possible publication in ASCE monographs on those topic areas.

• Abstract Acceptance: 15 February 2021
• Full Technical Papers Submission: 12 April 2021
• Full Technical Papers Acceptance: 14 June 2021
• Final Paper and Copyright Form Submission: 14 July 2021
• Early Registration Ends: 9 August 2021
• Last Day for Registration to include papers in proceedings: 16 August 2021
• Last Day to Submit Presentations: 30 August 2021
• Conference: 12-14 September

Paper Submission

The formatting guidelines for the papers are available at:
ASCE Conference Proceedings Paper Formatting Instructions

Please remember that the maximum length of a paper cannot exceed 8 pages. (Please submit your FINAL paper as a MS word document. The submission WWW will not accept other formats)

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be 200-250 words long. Abstracts should be cut and pasted into your login profile when you initially set up your login profile. They should also be updated when you submit your final paper.

Copyright

Before ASCE publishes any materials, the copyright ownership must be clear, and except in a few special cases, transferred to ASCE. The transfer is done through a Copyright Transfer Agreement. Additional information on copyright transfer is available on the (pending…)

Permissions

Authors/editors are responsible for (1) identifying materials in their work that require permission, (2) obtaining permission from the copyright owner, and (3) verifying that the owner is properly credited for granting permission.
