You may apply for admission to a certificate program by submitting a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.admissions.ufl.edu\/start.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CERTIFICATE<\/a> application.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSenior Fire Officer<\/strong><br \/>\nThis certificate is available to UF Online (UFO) students <strong>only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To receive this certificate, you must successfully complete the following six courses (<a href=\"https:\/\/dcp.ufl.edu\/rinker\/academics\/fes-course-descriptions\/\">see course descriptions<\/a>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FES 3780 Analytical Approaches in Public Fire Protection<\/li>\n<li>FES 4003 Fire and Emergency Services Administration<\/li>\n<li>FES 4023 Leadership and Ethics Issues<\/li>\n<li>FES 3533 Community Risk Reduction for Emergency Services<\/li>\n<li>FES 3720 Strategic Planning for FES<\/li>\n<li>FES 4045 Personnel Management for Emergency Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><a name=\"execemsoff\"><\/a>EMS Management<\/strong><br \/>\nThis certificate is available to UF Online (UFO) students and to non-degree seeking students. For non-degree seeking students, this requires an associate&#8217;s degree in a related field.
