Our program is unique in that it offers a combination of Fire Science, EMS, and Emergency Preparedness courses designed to meet your professional aspirations.<br>There are various career choices you will have after completing the online bachelor&#8217;s degree. They include but are not limited to a career in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fire department management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency Medical Service management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Federal Government including DHS, FEMA, HHS, DOT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State Government<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private industry such as oil companies, industry management, and business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that the degree program does not certify you as a firefighter or provide you with EMS certification, but rather prepares you academically. Most fire and EMS departments are looking for personnel with a higher education degree.
