UF College of Design, Construction & Planning

Partner with DCP - Published on July 11, 2019

Now that the University of Florida has achieved top ten status in the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges list of top public universities, the goal has shifted to entering the top five of those rankings. To do our part to achieve that lofty status, DCP has identified the need for more meaningful corporate engagement as a key area of focus.

As the only college in the Association of American Universities (AAU) with all of the design and construction disciplines, DCP is poised to be recognized as a national leader and international partner in our respective fields.

We are educating the next generation of professionals and providing educational and research opportunities for the current students and faculty and will need industry and alumni support to compete with the nation’s best.

The college’s vision is to become the global epicenter for all aspects of the built and natural environment. However, without stronger engagement among our corporate partners, we realize that this vision is not attainable.

We are excited to launch a college-wide donor program called Corporate Partners. This new program will fundamentally supersede the very successful M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management’s Major Donor Program (Donors will continue to designate their gift to the purpose/unit of their choosing).

This new college-wide program will align with UF donor programs for large gifts, create new benefits for donors and allow units to strategically budget.
