His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Jacksonville National Cemetery,&nbsp;the Jacksonville Jaguars&#8217; Stadium of the Future, and Master-Planned Communities such as Wildlight and Nocatee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-03b8c72b5cf7266eff2f51722923b5f2\" style=\"font-size:16px\">A licensed landscape architect in Florida and Georgia, Karl is also a certified planner (AICP), ISA Certified Arborist, and LEED Accredited Professional.
