{"id":13159,"date":"2018-11-13T14:53:47","date_gmt":"2018-11-13T19:53:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dcp.ufl.edu\/interior\/?page_id=13159"},"modified":"2020-01-13T11:05:02","modified_gmt":"2020-01-13T16:05:02","slug":"equipment-and-building-repairs-maintenance-needs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dcp.ufl.edu\/interior\/equipment-and-building-repairs-maintenance-needs\/","title":{"rendered":"Equipment and Building Maintenance Needs and Materials and Supplies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Interior Design Printer &amp; Plotter Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you need assistance with a printer or plotter in your interior design studio, first try to contact your studio representative. <br>For plotter issues, please report the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Studio Room #<\/li><li>Plotter UF Decal #<\/li><li>Description of what the plotter is AND is not doing along with any error codes it may be displaying so that the information can be passed along to the technician.\n<ul><li>For example: &nbsp;The plotter starts up and starts printing, but then stops the print job and displays the error code:__________________________<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-black-background-color has-black-color\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Printer &amp; Plotter Supplies<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of the semester, paper and inks should be available in each studio.  When you put the last roll of paper in the plotter or put the last of a particular color ink cartridge in a plotter or printer, please email <a href=\"mmatcke@ufl.edu\">Michelle Matckie<\/a> with the following information and she will place an order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Course #<\/li><li>Item to be ordered <ul><li>i.e.  (Plotter ink type (72 or 727) or Printer ink<\/li><li>Printer or Plotter ink cartridge color<\/li><li>Bond plotter paper<\/li><li>Copy paper (11&#215;17)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-black-background-color has-black-color\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interior Design Studio Or Space Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to report an issue with your interior design studio or interior design space, please email <a href=\"http:\/\/mailto:mmatckie@dcp.ufl.edu\">Michelle Matckie <\/a>so that she can look into the issue or put in a work order.<br>For building issues not related to interior design, but located in our building, please contact the dean\u2019s office, 352-294-1417.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>emergency<\/strong> building issues, please call 352-392-1121. &nbsp;Facility Maintenance is available 24 hours &nbsp;day, 7 days a week for calls.]]&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interior Design Printer &amp; Plotter Issues Should you need assistance with a printer or plotter in your interior design studio, first try to contact your studio representative.
