The Department of Interior Design is pleased to offer several scholarship opportunities to our students. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

Be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credits the semester the award becomes effective
IND major in good standing
Upper division or graduate student
Documented financial need (FAFSA on file or if an international student or a graduate student, the Financial Needs Test that is included in the application)
3.2 minimum GPA

For students who show academic excellence and financial need.

Amount: up to $1,000

Application Due: September 15

For 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students who, in addition to academic excellence, demonstrate leadership qualities and professional and/or community engagement.

Amount: up to $500

Application Due: September 15

To support travel for field trips held during Junior and Senior years for students with financial need.

Amount: up to $300

Application Due For Senior Fall Field Trip: September 15

Application Due For Junior Spring Field Trip: February 15

To support travel to the summer study abroad program in Germany or an approved similar program for students with financial need.

Amount: up to $500

Application Due: March 15

If awarded, payable after confirmation of deposit toward summer program.

To support students pursuing the 4+1 Combination Degree in Interior Design

Amount: up to $1,250

Application Due: April 15

Awarded only once per student, payable during first fall semester after matriculation into the graduate program.

To support unfunded Ph.D. students in DCP with a concentration in Interior Design who have dissertator status

Amount: up to $1,500

Application Due: September 15
