Looking for an internship or job after graduation? The Design and Planning Career Fair provides the opportunity to meet and interview with employers looking to hire in the following disciplines:

Architecture, Historic Preservation, Interior Design, 
Landscape Architecture, Sustainability and the Built Environment, 
Urban and Regional Planning

Important Information


Each registered student is required to have a resume submitted by Friday, February 1. When you complete your online registration, your registration will not be confirmed until submittal and acceptance of your resume by Joey Mazzaferro at

Resumes must be one page, 8.5 × 11 and must be submitted as a .pdf. The size of the .pdf file must be 200 KB or less. Resumes must follow these specifications. The resumes received by the deadline and to the specifications will be collected into one file and distributed to the participating employers prior to the career fair.

Career Fair Digital Booklet

Before the career fair, we will provide a digital booklet for students which will include information on the employers attending the Design and Planning Career Fair.


Interviews will begin at 1:00 p.m. Companies will contact you if they’d like to setup an interview time in the afternoon. Note: not all of companies will be conducting onsite interviews.


On the day of the career fair, please dress professionally. A professional appearance can help you make a good first impression. A dark suit (navy blue, black and dark grey) is appropiate. Business casual attire is also good (dress pants / khakis and button-down shirt / blouse).

What to bring on the day of event

Please bring with you printed copies of your resume, cover letter, your portfolio (if applicable), samples of your work, etc.
