Through special arrangements between NCARB and Florida\u2019s Board of Architecture and Interior Design (BOAID), students taking part in the IPAL program will be able to become licensed. We have an IPAL seminar series, 5 courses, 1 credit each, that introduce students to the practice through these themes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5bb36242ea2711bfb0443c54be9a309e\">1. Architects and their Collaborators<br>2. The Construction Site<br>3. Nature of Professions<br>4. Ethics \/ Professional Behavior<br>5. International Practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100 is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-ast-global-color-5-color has-ast-global-color-8-background-color has-text-color has-background has-text-align-left wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncarb.org\/earn-a-degree\/ipal\" style=\"border-radius:0px\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><strong><span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-5)\" class=\"stk-highlight\">NCARB IPAL Page<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>THE COUNTRY&#8217;S FIRST IPAL GRADUATES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8c2a6f0da73730a3c49427139cbdef86\">The University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning was the first program in the country to have students graduate by using the IPAL program. Three CityLab-Orlando students, Justin Jablonski, Michael Germano and Phillip Lantry, completed IPAL to earn their Master of Architecture and get their license weeks after their commencement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7811e68e29c3b5d8fa31d241afd8a9a4\">\u201cThe IPAL program is one of the most significant changes in architectural education,\u201d said CityLab-Orlando Program Director Frank M.
