Currently, Castagna is the president and owner of the\u00a0Muse Design Studio\u00a0based out of South Florida. In addition, she is also president of the\u00a0Florida Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Castagna began her journey with a high-end interior design firm, which ultimately led her to co-owning a design studio.
