Admissions to our undergraduate programs are granted by the University of Florida Office of Admissions.
The University of Florida Office of Admissions will notify you via email once an admissions decision has been made. The decision can be accessed via the Office of Admissions.
All undergraduate students are required to participate in an exhibit of their work completed in studio courses during Semester 4.
Admission into the professional programs beginning Semester 5 is selective and competitive. Admission requirements vary by school or department and therefore students should contact their school or department for details.
Departments and schools consider the following in admissions decisions:
- Quality of academic work
- Overall GPA
- Preprofessional coursework GPA
- Achievements in preprofessional courses and/or courses related to the student’s plan of study
- Portfolio review or pin-up (for design students)
For additional information regarding admissions requirements, visit your school or department’s website or contact the undergraduate program assistant for your department.
